Swim Instructor

Students who are looking to pursue employment as a Swim Instructor/Lifeguard will need to complete this course to be eligible for employment.

Prerequisites:  Must be at least 15 years of age by the last day of the course and hold their Bronze Cross certification.

Learn everything you need to know to teach the Lifesaving Society’s Swim for Life program (preschool and school aged swim lessons).  This course will have an mandatory online session June 23rd from 5:30-9:30pm.

React Right Safety Services is a leading provider of high quality First Aid, CPR/AED.  First aid courses all include CPR C and can be upgraded to Basic Life Support.  We also offer Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) CPO Approved (Chief Prevention Officer) Working at Heights – Construction and aquatic leadership training courses.  We have locations in Durham Region – Bowmanville, Northumberland County – Port Hope/Cobourg and Belleville. 

React Right Safety Services offers WSIB approved first aid training with the Canadian Red Cross and the Lifesaving Society. Our instructors are committed to facilitating courses that will allow candidates have an enjoyable learning experience, using training styles that ensure learner retention.

Business customers can have on-site training with flexible scheduling options to suit your work schedule.  Courses are geared to your workplace to emphasize on the job injury prevention, and include practical training scenarios to match your business environment.

We offer Lifesaving Swim for Life and leadership training courses including Bronze Star, Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, National Lifeguard and Swim for Life Instructor and Lifesaving Instructor.  We have Instructors and Instructor Trainer to meet your facilities training requirements.
