Students ages 10 and 11 are invited to attend the Staying Home on My Own course at Equilibrium Healthcare Solutions where they will learn everything they need to know to be prepared to stay home for short periods of time on their own. Students will receive a manual that will help to prepare mom and dad as well!!! Students will make a healthy snack and a keychain.

Business customers can have on-site training with flexible scheduling options to suit your work schedule. Courses are geared to your workplace to emphasize on the job injury prevention, and include practical training scenarios to match your business environment.

We offer Canadian Red Cross Swim and Leadership programs and Lifesaving Leadership courses, including Bronze Medallion/ Cross and NLS (National Lifeguard Service). We have Instructors/Instructor Trainers to meet your facilities training requirements.
