This course is for students who are wishing to begin their lifeguard/swim instructor training. Students must be at least 13 years of age or have their Bronze Star. Students will learn essential water rescue skills, first aid and be on their way to becoming a swim instructor and lifeguard. Cost includes the mandatory Canadian Lifesaving Manual.

We offer Canadian Red Cross Swim and Leadership programs and Lifesaving Leadership courses, including Bronze Medallion/ Cross and NLS (National Lifeguard Service). We have Instructors/Instructor Trainers to meet your facilities training requirements.
